### sec.955 Declaration of other employers by regulation This section applies to an employer that, under the Commonwealth Fair Work Act , section 14 (2) , may be declared by or under a law of the State not to be a national system employer. A regulation may declare the employer not to be a national system employer for the purposes of the Commonwealth Fair Work Act . A regulation may revoke a declaration made under subsection (2) . (sec.955-ssec.1) This section applies to an employer that, under the Commonwealth Fair Work Act , section 14 (2) , may be declared by or under a law of the State not to be a national system employer. (sec.955-ssec.2) A regulation may declare the employer not to be a national system employer for the purposes of the Commonwealth Fair Work Act . (sec.955-ssec.3) A regulation may revoke a declaration made under subsection (2) .
