### sec.942 Protection of public property and officers
Execution or attachment can not be made against property or revenues of the State or a department to enforce—
an industrial instrument; or
a decision of the court, the commission or a magistrate.
A person who is a State employer is not personally liable under a relevant industrial instrument or for a contravention of a relevant industrial instrument.
In this section—
execution or attachment includes process in the nature of execution or attachment.
State employer means a person who is—
an employer of employees in a department; or
taken to be an employer of employees in a department for this Act.
(sec.942-ssec.1) Execution or attachment can not be made against property or revenues of the State or a department to enforce— an industrial instrument; or a decision of the court, the commission or a magistrate.
(sec.942-ssec.2) A person who is a State employer is not personally liable under a relevant industrial instrument or for a contravention of a relevant industrial instrument.
(sec.942-ssec.3) In this section— execution or attachment includes process in the nature of execution or attachment. State employer means a person who is— an employer of employees in a department; or taken to be an employer of employees in a department for this Act.
- (a) an industrial instrument; or
- (b) a decision of the court, the commission or a magistrate.
