### sec.909 Exercising powers as an inspector under the Child Employment Act 2006
For the exercise of a power under this Act as an inspector under the Child Employment Act 2006 —
a reference in this Act to an employee includes a child to whom that Act applies; and
a reference in this Act to an employer includes a person who engages, or arranges for, a child to whom that Act applies to perform work at the direction of the person, whether the child works for gain or reward or on a voluntary basis.
(sec.909-ssec) For the exercise of a power under this Act as an inspector under the Child Employment Act 2006 — a reference in this Act to an employee includes a child to whom that Act applies; and a reference in this Act to an employer includes a person who engages, or arranges for, a child to whom that Act applies to perform work at the direction of the person, whether the child works for gain or reward or on a voluntary basis.
