### sec.907 Reference to exercise of powers This section applies if— a provision of this Act refers to the exercise of a power by an inspector; and there is no reference to a specific power. The reference is to the exercise of all or any inspectors’ powers under this Act or a warrant, to the extent the powers are relevant.
