### sec.892 Effect on property
If the deregistered organisation was incorporated only because of its registration, property owned by it immediately before the deregistration must be—
held and used under its rules, to the extent the rules can still be carried out or complied with; and
applied for the purposes of the deregistered organisation under its rules.
Despite subsection (1) , the full bench may, if an interested person applies, make an order it considers appropriate to satisfy the deregistered organisation’s liabilities from the property.
In this section—
rules of the deregistered organisation means its rules as in force immediately before its deregistration.
(sec.892-ssec.1) If the deregistered organisation was incorporated only because of its registration, property owned by it immediately before the deregistration must be— held and used under its rules, to the extent the rules can still be carried out or complied with; and applied for the purposes of the deregistered organisation under its rules.
