### sec.876D C&G division placed under administration The C&G division is placed under administration on the later of the following days— the day an administration notice takes effect under section 876G ; the day an administrator is appointed under the administration notice. The administration ends on the day the administration notice is revoked under section 876H . s 876D ins 2024 No. 40 s 14B exp 23 August 2029 (see s 876U) (sec.876D-ssec.1) The C&G division is placed under administration on the later of the following days— the day an administration notice takes effect under section 876G ; the day an administrator is appointed under the administration notice.
