### sec.875 Providing assistance to administrator
An administrator for an organisation or a branch of an organisation may, for performing the administrator’s functions, by written notice to an officer or employee or former officer or employee of the organisation or branch, require the person to do the following—
produce to the administrator documents in the person’s possession that the administrator reasonably requires to perform the functions;
provide the other information or assistance the administrator reasonably requires for the performance of the functions.
A person of whom a requirement has been made must comply with it unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
It is a reasonable excuse for the person not to comply with the requirement if doing so might tend to incriminate the person.
