### sec.859 Making complaint about organisation or officer
A person may make a complaint to the registrar about an organisation if the person believes—
the organisation, or a branch of the organisation, has stopped functioning effectively; and
there are no effective means under the organisation’s rules by which the organisation or branch can function effectively.
A person may make a complaint to the registrar about an officer of an organisation if the person believes the officer has engaged in misconduct in relation to the organisation.
(sec.859-ssec.1) A person may make a complaint to the registrar about an organisation if the person believes— the organisation, or a branch of the organisation, has stopped functioning effectively; and there are no effective means under the organisation’s rules by which the organisation or branch can function effectively.
(sec.859-ssec.2) A person may make a complaint to the registrar about an officer of an organisation if the person believes the officer has engaged in misconduct in relation to the organisation.
- (a) the organisation, or a branch of the organisation, has stopped functioning effectively; and
- (b) there are no effective means under the organisation’s rules by which the organisation or branch can function effectively.
