### sec.826 Definitions for part
In this part—
act includes decision.
collective body , of an organisation, means—
its management committee; or
a conference, council, committee, panel or other body of or within the organisation.
invalidity includes defect.
organisation includes a branch of an organisation.
- (a) its management committee; or
- (b) a conference, council, committee, panel or other body of or within the organisation.
