### sec.782 Obligation to present to general or committee meeting An organisation must present its audit report and general purpose financial report for a financial year to a general meeting or a meeting of the organisation’s management committee within— 5 months after the end of the financial year; or if the registrar has extended the time to hold the meeting—the extended time. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. - (a) 5 months after the end of the financial year; or - (b) if the registrar has extended the time to hold the meeting—the extended time.
