### sec.758 Certificate about reporting units—years certificate applies to A certificate issued under section 755 is in force, and has effect according to its terms, for— the first financial year starting after the certificate is issued; and each subsequent financial year unless, before the start of the financial year, the certificate is revoked under section 759 . - (a) the first financial year starting after the certificate is issued; and - (b) each subsequent financial year unless, before the start of the financial year, the certificate is revoked under section 759 .
