### sec.744 Inspection of policies and registers
A policy kept under section 740 , or a register kept under section 742 or 743 , by an organisation may be inspected by any of the following persons—
the registrar;
a member of the organisation’s management committee;
a member of the organisation;
another person permitted by law to inspect the policy or register.
A person mentioned in subsection (1) may, in writing, ask the organisation to make the policy or register available for inspection, free of charge, during the organisation’s business hours.
The organisation must comply with a request made under subsection (2) .
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
