### sec.74 Application to work part-time
An employee on parental leave may apply to the employer to return to work on a part-time basis.
Also, an employee who returned to work on a full-time basis after taking parental leave may apply to the employer to change to work on a part-time basis.
An employee may not make more than 1 application under this section within a 12-month period, unless the employer agrees.

(sec.74-ssec.1) An employee on parental leave may apply to the employer to return to work on a part-time basis.
