### sec.729 Recovering member’s liabilities
A member’s liability to an organisation may only be sued for and recovered before a magistrate.
Proceedings to recover a member’s liability to an organisation must be started within 3 years from when the member’s liability first become payable.
If proceedings to recover a member’s liability to an organisation are not started under subsection (2) , the member’s liability is not recoverable.
(sec.729-ssec.1) A member’s liability to an organisation may only be sued for and recovered before a magistrate.
