### sec.727 Resignation if membership subscription unpaid for 2 years A person’s membership of an organisation ends if the person— owes the organisation a membership subscription; and has owed the subscription for 2 years. For subsection (1) , a person is taken not to owe a subscription if the person has— entered into an agreement with the organisation to pay the subscription; and complied with, and continues to comply with, the agreement. (sec.727-ssec.1) A person’s membership of an organisation ends if the person— owes the organisation a membership subscription; and has owed the subscription for 2 years. (sec.727-ssec.2) For subsection (1) , a person is taken not to owe a subscription if the person has— entered into an agreement with the organisation to pay the subscription; and complied with, and continues to comply with, the agreement. - (a) owes the organisation a membership subscription; and - (b) has owed the subscription for 2 years. - (a) entered into an agreement with the organisation to pay the subscription; and - (b) complied with, and continues to comply with, the agreement.
