### sec.721 Children
A child—
may be or become a member of an organisation, unless its rules provide otherwise; and
if the child is a member of an organisation—
has the rights of a member of an organisation under this part and the organisation’s rules; and
may execute instruments and give receipts under the rules.
- (a) may be or become a member of an organisation, unless its rules provide otherwise; and
- (b) if the child is a member of an organisation— (i) has the rights of a member of an organisation under this part and the organisation’s rules; and (ii) may execute instruments and give receipts under the rules.
