### sec.714 Duty of honesty, good faith and proper purpose
The officer must act—
honestly; and
in good faith in the best interests of the organisation; and
for a proper purpose.
Maximum penalty—3,091 penalty units or 5 years imprisonment.
- (a) honestly; and
- (b) in good faith in the best interests of the organisation; and
- (c) for a proper purpose.
