### sec.711 Declaration about eligibility or ceasing to hold office An organisation, a member of the organisation or the registrar may apply to the court for a declaration that, because of this division, a person— is not, or was not, eligible to be a candidate or to be elected to an office for the organisation; or has ceased to hold an office for the organisation. Despite anything in the organisation’s rules, the court may make an order it considers appropriate to give effect to the declaration.
