### sec.698 Disadvantaging applicant for inquiry
A person must not cause, inflict or procure a disadvantage to another person because the other person has applied for an election inquiry.
Maximum penalty—80 penalty units.
In this section—
disadvantage includes damage, detriment, injury, loss, punishment and violence.
