### sec.650 Interim orders
The commission may make an interim order in relation to a rules application if it considers appropriate to do so.
If the rules application is for a direction, the commission may make an order to help resolve the matter within the organisation.
An interim order ends—
when the proceedings end; or
at an earlier time stated in the order; or
if the order is discharged by the commission.
(sec.650-ssec.1) The commission may make an interim order in relation to a rules application if it considers appropriate to do so. If the rules application is for a direction, the commission may make an order to help resolve the matter within the organisation.
(sec.650-ssec.2) An interim order ends— when the proceedings end; or at an earlier time stated in the order; or if the order is discharged by the commission.
- (a) when the proceedings end; or
- (b) at an earlier time stated in the order; or
- (c) if the order is discharged by the commission.
