### sec.648 Financial help for rules application
A member of an organisation may apply to the Minister for financial help if the member—
has made, or proposes to make, a rules application under this part; and
applies within 3 months after the rules application has been decided.
The Minister may direct that financial help from the State be given to the member for the cost of the rules application if satisfied—
there are, or were, reasonable grounds for making the application; and
the application is proposed to be, or was, made in good faith.
The Minister must decide the amount of the financial help.
