### sec.637 Grant of approval
If the registrar grants the approval, the proposed amendments take effect from—
the day the registrar gives the organisation notice of the approval; or
a later day stated in the notice.
- (a) the day the registrar gives the organisation notice of the approval; or
- (b) a later day stated in the notice.
