### sec.612 Registered name of organisation that is not a corporation
If an organisation was not a corporation immediately before it became an organisation, its registered name must include the words—
if the organisation is an employee organisation—‘industrial organisation of employees’ or ‘industrial union of employees’; or
if the organisation is an employer organisation—‘industrial organisation of employers’ or ‘industrial union of employers’.
The name must state the locality in which most of the organisation’s members live or carry on their business or calling.
