### sec.606 Right to object
A person may object to a registration application if the person—
has an appropriate interest in the matter; and
gives notice to the commission in the time and way prescribed by regulation.
The commission must hear the objection in the way prescribed by regulation.
(sec.606-ssec.1) A person may object to a registration application if the person— has an appropriate interest in the matter; and gives notice to the commission in the time and way prescribed by regulation.

- (a) has an appropriate interest in the matter; and
- (b) gives notice to the commission in the time and way prescribed by regulation.
