### sec.583 Evidentiary value of certificate of trustee of superannuation fund In proceedings, a trustee’s certificate stating, for a period of relevant service of an eligible employee concerned in the proceedings, the following matters is evidence of the matters stated— an amount was paid as contribution to a complying superannuation fund of which the trustee is a trustee; an amount worked out on the rate of return that stated contributions would have attracted to the fund. In this section— trustee’s certificate means a certificate given, or purporting to have been given, by a trustee of a complying superannuation fund.
