### sec.578I Making of declaration by commission
The registrar must, at least 7 days before an application under section 578H is heard, give notice of the application to—
the applicant for the relevant incorporation Act application; and
each organisation and each State peak council.
Each entity given notice of the hearing under subsection (1) is entitled to be heard on the application.
The commission—
must hear the objection in the way prescribed by regulation; and
may make a declaration that the objection ground is, or is not, established for the relevant incorporation Act application.
