### sec.578F No objections received This section applies if— the registrar has complied with section 578E (2) in relation to a relevant incorporation Act application; and no objections to the application are filed on or before the cut off day for objections stated in a notice given under section 578E . The registrar must give the chief executive (incorporation Act) and the applicant for the relevant incorporation Act application a notice stating— no objections were made to the application; and the objection ground is not established for the application. s 578F ins 2022 No. 27 s 55 (sec.578F-ssec.1) This section applies if— the registrar has complied with section 578E (2) in relation to a relevant incorporation Act application; and no objections to the application are filed on or before the cut off day for objections stated in a notice given under section 578E .
