### sec.576 Who penalty is payable to
The relevant industrial tribunal may order that the penalty, or a part of the penalty, payable under a civil penalty order must be paid to—
the State; or
a particular organisation; or
a particular person.
- (a) the State; or
- (b) a particular organisation; or
- (c) a particular person.
