### sec.571 Contraventions of civil penalty provision
A contravention of a civil penalty provision is not an offence.
A person involved in a contravention of a civil penalty provision is taken to have contravened the provision.
For this section, a person is involved in a contravention of a civil penalty provision only if the person—
has aided, abetted, counselled or procured the contravention; or
has induced the contravention, whether by threats, promises or otherwise; or
has been in any way, by act or omission, directly or indirectly knowingly concerned in or party to the contravention; or
has conspired with others to effect the contravention.
(sec.571-ssec.1) A contravention of a civil penalty provision is not an offence.
(sec.571-ssec.2) A person involved in a contravention of a civil penalty provision is taken to have contravened the provision.
(sec.571-ssec.3) For this section, a person is involved in a contravention of a civil penalty provision only if the person— has aided, abetted, counselled or procured the contravention; or has induced the contravention, whether by threats, promises or otherwise; or has been in any way, by act or omission, directly or indirectly knowingly concerned in or party to the contravention; or has conspired with others to effect the contravention.
