### sec.559 President must hear and decide particular appeals from full bench
If an appeal is made under section 557 against a decision of the full bench—
the appeal must be heard and decided by the court constituted by the president; and
an interlocutory proceeding relating to the appeal may be heard and decided by the vice-president or a deputy president (court).
(sec.559-ssec) If an appeal is made under section 557 against a decision of the full bench— the appeal must be heard and decided by the court constituted by the president; and an interlocutory proceeding relating to the appeal may be heard and decided by the vice-president or a deputy president (court).
