### sec.557 Appeal from commission The Minister or another person aggrieved by a decision of the commission may appeal against the decision to the court on the ground of— error of law; or excess, or want, of jurisdiction. Also, the Minister or another person aggrieved by a decision of the commission may appeal against the decision to the court, with the court’s leave, on a ground other than— error of law; or excess, or want, of jurisdiction. However, subsections (1) and (2) do not apply to the Minister or another person aggrieved by a determination of the commission under chapter 4 , part 3 , division 2 . If a person may appeal a decision of the commission under both subsections (1) and (2) , the person may only appeal against the decision with the court’s leave on a ground mentioned in subsection (2) . In this section— commission means the commission, other than the full bench constituted by the president and 2 or more other members. s 557 amd 2022 No. 27 s 3 sch 1 (sec.557-ssec.1) The Minister or another person aggrieved by a decision of the commission may appeal against the decision to the court on the ground of— error of law; or excess, or want, of jurisdiction.
