### sec.547H Orders giving effect to conciliation agreements A party to an unpaid amount claim may apply to the industrial tribunal for the claim for an order giving effect to an agreement reached in a conciliation process. However, a party may apply for the order only after the conciliator’s certificate about the conciliation process is filed with the registrar.
