### sec.546 Recovery of amounts under orders If the court or commission in proceedings orders an amount be paid, as a penalty or otherwise, the registrar may issue a certificate under the seal of the court or commission, stating— the amount payable; and who must pay the amount; and to whom the amount must be paid; and any conditions about the payment. The amount may be recovered as a debt. When the certificate is filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in an action for recovery of the debt, the order evidenced by the certificate is enforceable as an order made by the court in which the certificate is filed. This section does not limit other ways in which amounts may be recovered on an order of the court or commission. In this section— registrar means either— the registrar under this Act; or for an order made by a magistrate on remission from the commission under section 405 or 475 , the registrar of the Magistrates Court.
