### sec.530A Representation—public service appeals
This section applies in relation to a proceeding for a public service appeal.
A party to the appeal may—
appear personally; or
be represented in the proceeding by another person under section 529 .
However, a party may not be represented under subsection (2) (b) by a lawyer.
For this section, a party is taken not to be represented by a lawyer if the lawyer is—
an employee or officer of the party or person; or
if the party is represented by an organisation—an employee or officer of the organisation.

(sec.530A-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a proceeding for a public service appeal.
(sec.530A-ssec.2) A party to the appeal may— appear personally; or be represented in the proceeding by another person under section 529 .
(sec.530A-ssec.3) However, a party may not be represented under subsection (2) (b) by a lawyer.
