### sec.513 Functions and powers of registrar
The registrar—
administers the registry; and
has the functions conferred on the registrar under this Act or another Act.
The registrar has the power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done to perform the registrar’s functions.
In performing a function or exercising a power, the registrar must comply with a direction given by the president in relation to the court or the commission.
(sec.513-ssec.1) The registrar— administers the registry; and has the functions conferred on the registrar under this Act or another Act.
(sec.513-ssec.2) The registrar has the power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done to perform the registrar’s functions.
