### sec.501 Functions and powers vested in commission by other jurisdictions The commission may perform the functions and exercise the powers conferred on it under— the Commonwealth Fair Work Act ; or another Act of a jurisdiction other than Queensland declared for this section by a regulation. A decision of the commission under authority conferred by subsection (1) is not a decision made by it under this Act.
