### sec.479 Power of full bench to make orders about rights of employee organisations to represent On application by an entity under section 480 , the full bench may make the following orders about a demarcation dispute— an order that an employee organisation has the right, to the exclusion of another organisation, to represent the industrial interests of a particular group of employees who are eligible for membership of the organisation; an order that an employee organisation that does not have the right to represent the industrial interests of a particular group of employees has the right; an order that an employee organisation does not have the right to represent the industrial interests of a particular group of employees who are eligible for membership of the organisation. s 479 amd 2022 No. 27 s 48 - (a) an order that an employee organisation has the right, to the exclusion of another organisation, to represent the industrial interests of a particular group of employees who are eligible for membership of the organisation; - (b) an order that an employee organisation that does not have the right to represent the industrial interests of a particular group of employees has the right; - (c) an order that an employee organisation does not have the right to represent the industrial interests of a particular group of employees who are eligible for membership of the organisation.
