### sec.449 Limitations on jurisdiction The commission does not have jurisdiction to hear and decide a matter about which another Act excludes— the jurisdiction of the commission about the matter; or the application of a decision under this Act about the matter. s 449 sub 2020 No. 35 s 6 - (a) the jurisdiction of the commission about the matter; or - (b) the application of a decision under this Act about the matter.
