### sec.446 Removal of deputy president or industrial commissioner from office
The Governor may remove a deputy president appointed under section 441 or an industrial commissioner from office, on an address of the Legislative Assembly, for—
mental or physical incapacity; or
misbehaviour.
- (a) mental or physical incapacity; or
- (b) misbehaviour.
