### sec.438 Reallocation of commission’s work The president may reallocate the matter of proceedings before a commission constituted by 1 or more of the members to a commission constituted by— the same member or members together with another member or other members; or a different member or different members. The commission to which the matter is reallocated may continue to hear and decide the matter, without re-hearing evidence given before the reallocation.
