### sec.432 Composition The commission consists of the following members— the president; the following persons (each a commissioner )— a person holding office as the vice-president; a person holding office as a deputy president; a person holding office as an industrial commissioner. The full bench of the commission (the full bench ) is constituted by— for chapter 12 , part 16 or for the hearing of an appeal—a presidential member and 2 or more other members; or otherwise—3 or more members. The commission other than the full bench of the commission is constituted by a commissioner sitting alone. More than 1 full bench or commission may sit at the same time. The commission’s jurisdiction, or existence, is not affected by a vacancy in an office of the commission.
