### sec.425 Limitations on jurisdiction The court does not have jurisdiction to hear and decide a matter about which another Act excludes— the jurisdiction of the court about the matter; or the application of a decision under this Act about the matter. s 425 sub 2020 No. 35 s 4 - (a) the jurisdiction of the court about the matter; or - (b) the application of a decision under this Act about the matter.
