### sec.417 Functions of the vice-president
The vice-president of the court has the functions given to the vice-president under this Act or another Act.
The vice-president is subject to the direction of the president in performing the vice-president’s functions.
The vice-president has the power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for the performance of the vice-president’s functions.
The vice-president may delegate a function of the vice-president to a deputy president (court).
