### sec.412 Functions of the president
The president has the functions given to the president under this Act or another Act.
The functions of the president include—
managing and administering the court, including deciding who constitutes the court for a proceeding; and
preparing and giving the annual report to the Minister under section 594 .
The president has the power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for the performance of the president’s functions.
The president may delegate a function of the president to the vice-president or a deputy president (court).
(sec.412-ssec.1) The president has the functions given to the president under this Act or another Act.
(sec.412-ssec.2) The functions of the president include— managing and administering the court, including deciding who constitutes the court for a proceeding; and preparing and giving the annual report to the Minister under section 594 .
(sec.412-ssec.3) The president has the power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for the performance of the president’s functions.
(sec.412-ssec.4) The president may delegate a function of the president to the vice-president or a deputy president (court).
