### sec.406ZZC Remedies—compensation
If, and only if, the commission considers reinstatement under section 406ZZB would be impracticable, the commission may order the principal contractor to pay the independent courier an amount of compensation decided by the commission.
The commission must not award an amount of compensation that is more than the amount of remuneration paid to the independent courier during the 6 months immediately before the termination of the contract.
The commission must take into account any amount paid to the independent courier by the principal contractor on termination of the courier service contract.
This section does not limit the commission’s power to make an interim or interlocutory order.
