### sec.406ZA Conciliation and arbitration by commission A negotiating party may ask the commission to help the parties reach agreement. The commission has jurisdiction to— conciliate the matter to help the negotiating parties reach agreement on all matters or as many matters as possible; and determine, by arbitration, matters in dispute following conciliation.
