### sec.406Q Entities that may be heard on application A person, organisation, federal organisation or State peak council that will be covered by the proposed contract determination are entitled to be heard on an application for the contract determination. Another person may be heard only with the leave of the commission. The commission may give leave under subsection (2) only if the commission is satisfied there is a reasonable possibility that, if leave is not given, the commission will not be informed of an issue relevant to deciding the application.
