### sec.406N Contract determination fixing minimum remuneration and working conditions for independent couriers The commission may, on an application by an entity mentioned in section 406O or its own initiative— make a determination (a contract determination ) fixing minimum remuneration and working conditions for independent couriers under— a class of courier service contracts; or different classes of courier service contracts; or make an order varying a contract determination. See section 406F for the matters the commission must consider in exercising its powers under this chapter in relation to a contract instrument. A contract determination must state the class of courier service contracts, or different classes of courier service contracts, for which the determination operates. A contract determination may state that it stops operating on a stated day.
