### sec.388 Effect of ss 382 – 387 Sections 382 to 387 do not limit or exclude any other rights of a person to recover wages or superannuation contributions, or the liability of a person in relation to the wages or superannuation contributions, whether or not arising under this Act, another law, or an industrial instrument. Nothing in section 384 (3) limits or excludes any right of recovery arising under any other law in relation to an amount of money owed by the apparent employer to the referred employer.
