### sec.374 Contract not to stipulate mode of spending wages
An employer must not, directly or indirectly, impose as a condition, express or implied, of an employee’s employment a provision about the place where, way in which, or person with whom an employee’s wages, or a part of the wages, are to be spent, unless the condition is consistent with a requirement under this division.
Maximum penalty—16 penalty units.
An employer must not dismiss an employee because the employee’s wages, or a part of the wages, are spent, or not spent, at a place, in a way, or with a person.
